Betting Rules & Settlement Policy

All bets placed on ko9 age are governed and settled in accordance with the following general rules:

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the Cash Out feature is active and Cash Out has been approved for that bet.
  • If a match is abandoned or cancelled before its scheduled completion, all related bets will be considered void and the full stake will be returned to the user's wallet.
  • Odds changing during live betting is normal. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.
  • In accumulator or multi-bets, if any single selection is voided, that leg will be settled at odds of 1.00.
  • Ko9 age reserves the right to void any bet where a clear technical error or system fault is identified.

Prohibited Activities & Fraud Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited at ko9 age and may result in permanent account closure:

  • Bonus abuse or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts
  • Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
  • Using bots, scripts, or any automated software for betting or gaming
  • Betting Using Match Fixing or Inside Information

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
